We wanted to share a quick migration update as we continue preparing schools for the transition to Arbiter.

Arbiter Game

• Games: About 200,000 games have been migrated from Schedule Star. We are working through the remaining 9,500 events and expect to complete those this week.

• Practices: Practice migration is expected to begin later today.

• School & Other Events: These will follow shortly after practices.

• Transportation & Game Workers: These details will be added after all events have been migrated. If you did not manage transportation or game workers in Schedule Star, we encourage you to attend our Scheduling Basics to learn how these workflows are handled in Arbiter Game.

• Students & Rosters/Awards: Migration date TBA

Arbiter Sites (Websites)

Website onboarding sessions are now underway.

To make training more manageable, onboarding has been divided into two sessions:

• Getting Started – Initial setup and key website management tools

• Beyond the Basics – Advanced features, customization, and Q&A

Please register for the sessions that work best for your schedule.

Arbiter Registration

If you used Student Central to collect registration forms, you should already be onboarded to Arbiter Registration. If you have not yet completed your Registration onboarding, please reply to this email asap so we can assist you.
