Great news! We've reopened the ability to opt in for Roster & Student Information Migration through July 12 for schools that have not yet submitted an opt-in request.

 

Athletic Directors or Admins at eligible schools should have received an email with a link to access the opt-in process. If you believe you should have received the link but did not, please contact us at AGMigration@ArbiterSports.com.

 

Important: Student information will only be migrated if it is connected to a roster that has been opted in for migration and mapped to a team in Arbiter Game. If you would like both your rosters and student information migrated, you must:

  • Complete the opt-in process by July 12, which includes:
    • Mapping your rosters to the appropriate teams in Arbiter Game
    • Submitting the mappings/opted in rosters

Student records associated with rosters that have not been opted in and mapped will not be included in the migration.

 

Please take action by July 12 to ensure your roster and student data is included.
